I would guess that a majority of people, in life, just want to get on.
Peacefully plodding on, doing what they do, without fear or favour.

I am one of these people.

I don’t need big money or to search out success.
I don’t need drama, conflict, upset or stress.
I’m happy for others to go about their business, trying to find their way.

Life’s hard enough out there, so as long as the world lets me plod on and doesn’t stop me from just being a plodder, then all is good.

I’m not a fountain of knowledge, have no desire to be a guru, be famous, be looked up to.
I am wrong about things probably about 90% of the time, but that’s my way.
If I’m left to go about in my own little world, plodding about, trying to get on, then I’ll be a happy man.
