The never ending stream of self proclaimed “experts” that are dishing that much advice upon us all, it’s hard to distinguish what’s real and what’s fantasy.
Move mortgage – keep mortgage : drive electric – don’t drive : put your heating on – leave heating off : direct debit energy – pay weekly : buy latest phone – keep old phone (with operating system goes out of date)
The list is endless.
I use the age old method, if they are trying to sell you something or make you sign up to something, then give it a wide berth!
I ignore the majority of experts, they’re just mouth pieces that are having their five minutes of fame, which they’ll try to make last for months/years, for their own personal gain. I pay them no heed.

I don’t have any, haven’t for such a long time.
Do I need them?
I like my own company, peace and quiet.
Missing out I may be, but I’m guessing it’s like boozing…
You go out every week, then stop, you miss going out.
After a couple of weeks not going out, you no longer miss it.
Does anyone really want to listen to me babbling on, on their night out? I don’t think so.
Nothing works!
We live in a world where “head office” rules and those that make laws and are supposed to uphold them, do nothing.
All in the name of business and progress. It’s rubbish.
No accountability, no justice, no government, as those so called, in power, appease their paymasters and protect future job prospects before they leave office.
The message is simple. Whether it’s official bodies, corporate businesses or public owned – government departments, it’s all the same, they cannot be trusted!
They don’t give a stuff about the normals, ie. you and I.
